Mobile Education & Information Service

Social isolation is an issue for the aged community and people with disabilities. Yes has recognised the need to educate people on how to remain independent within their own homes. We have addressed this gap by providing a mobile information and education service to outreach into the community offering assistive products for everyday living, advice on funding and disability related issues. This outreach service enables us to reach a much wider community, accessing disabled people and the aged who are unable to come to our centre.
