The selection of colour and contrast assists partially sighted users to see more clearly the edges of the units, handles and worktops etc.  In this instance clean bold colours have been selected by the user with the doors and shelf edges finished with a contrasting lipping.



The slide out heat drawer, beneath the hob, and the slide out pantry unit with height adjustable baskets, are seen either side of the oven with a side opening door. 



From this end of the kitchen the Rise & Fall unit complete with sink and monobloc lever mixer taps can be identified.
